Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged in transit or differs from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at umeshpandey2222@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9795961829 with photos/unboxing video. We will ship an energized replacement immediately at zero additional cost.

2. Laboratory Authenticity Guarantee

Every gemstone and high-mukhi Rudraksha carries a lifetime authenticity warranty. If any government-accredited laboratory determines that a gemstone supplied by us is synthetic or unfaithfully represented, we will issue an immediate 100% refund.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source (UPI / Bank Account / Card) within 5 to 7 working days. For COD orders, refund is issued directly via UPI or NEFT upon customer bank detail verification.
